Nikhil Advani’s next action film, which was earlier titled Made in China, has now been renamed as Chandni Chowk To China.
The film stars Akshay Kumar opposite Deepika Padukone, who made her acting debut with Farah Khan’s recently released film Om Shanti Om.
Chandni Chowk To China is being produced by Ramesh Sippy Entertainment and Orion Pictures. It will be distributed worldwide by Warner Brothers Pictures.
At the time of filing this report, Ramesh Sippy Entertainment’s Rohan Sippy was unavailable for comment.
The film has music by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy and has been penned by Shridhar Raghavan. The story of Chandni Chowk To China revolves around Akshay Kumar - a cook who finds himself amidst a lot of Kung Fu hullabaloo in China.
