The sessions court on Thursday dismissed the application filed by actor Faisal Khan, brother of noted actor-director Aamir Khan, seeking a stay on the telecast of a reality show.
Additional sessions Judge K P Joshi refused to grant relief to Faisal who had sought for stay on the telecast of the second season of the reality show 'Big Boss', which will begin on August 17.
Faisal had approached the sessions court alleging that the contract signed between him, Viacomm 18 media, the newly launched Colors channel and production company Endemol, was terminated at the last moment allegedly at the behest of his brother Aamir Khan.
