Dinkar Bhosle[Sachin Khedekar] is fustrated "Ghati" Manoos whom every one takes for granted. Everywhere, everyone insults him by saying Ghati. His wife Sumitra [Suchitra Bandekar] also irritates him about his Ghatiness. His daguther [Priya Bapat] wants to change her surname as she thinks its not suits to her profession, because she wants to become a Hindi Film Heroin. His son [Abhijit Kelkar] wants to go to Engneering but thinks his father wont afford a heavy donation to pay.
