Actor Shiney Ahuja will leave the jail on Saturday, four months after he was arrested on charges of raping his 20-year-old maid. The actor spent more than three months in jail and was recently given bail.
Shiney was asked to pay Rs 50,000 and once surety has been posted, he is likely to be released.
Shiney has to submit his passport to the police so that he cannot leave the country without permission. He will also have to report every week to a police station in Delhi. Shiney has been denied bail twice in the past.
